To keep up with your active Seattle lifestyle, you need to look and feel your best. For your busy life, find a workout that is efficient and effective. With a scientifically proven Orangetheory workout, you will be amazed how quickly you notice positive results. Orangetheory has the perfect gym location for those who live or work in the Capital Hill area. Located at 519 Broadway E in Suite 8, our Orangetheory Fitness studio offers easy freeway access and a great spot to shop or play before or after your workout.

At Orangetheory Fitness, you won’t just burn calories as you exercise. The workout uses the scientific principle called post-exercise oxygen consumption. Your heart rate is monitored to take full advantage of your target zone, thereby increasing your metabolic rate and your energy level. Best of all, you'll keep burning calories long after you have finished exercising. This phenomenon of increased metabolism and subsequent continuous burning of calories is called “the afterburn.”

At our location, we have several friendly and qualified gym coaches. Orangetheory’s coaches are all certified as fitness trainers, and they possess CPR certifications. Equally as important, they are passionate about their health and want to help you achieve your fitness goals as well.

At Orangetheory, we realize that one size does not fit all. Every person is carefully assessed to make sure they are placed in a class for their fitness level and with others who will challenge them and create the most productive workout. If you are serious about taking your routine to the next level, Orangetheory is right for you. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, the monitoring and assessment we'll give you will make sure you are in the appropriate program.

At our Orangetheory location in Seattle's Capitol Hill area, you can try a gym session for free. Your complimentary workout will give you an indication which of our packages are best for you. Visit or contact us at (206) 467-1690 today and start looking and feeling your best.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for future me! I hope to live a long active life but will only achieve that via proper health and fitness!

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I have a bad sweet tooth! Ben and Jerry's FroYo. 'Half Baked' please!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I love the TRX Power Pull Up! It's a tough move, but distractingly fun.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn to inspire others! Furthermore, I love to accumulate splat points and spend time in the Orange zone.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
It's a secret, but it starts with Mexican and ends with Food. Other guilty pleasures, just ask me.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite OTF exercise is the single arm snatch. This exercise not only helps to train for power, but it also can make you FEEL powerful. The dumbbell snatch involves similar muscle groups as other movements, such as running. The snatch allows for the explosive training of ankle, knee, and hip extension, which I believe will help people perform at a higher level in most activities.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
